The International Women's Day is mostly about the 214 million women of fertile age, who are deprived of the means of, the knowledge about, and the right to family planning (UN data). This doesn't only cause a lot of suffering to them, as the fact that almost half of the pregnancies is unintended is a humanitarian catastrophe for the entire human race. On Women's Day, our loved ones would definitely appreciate a gift that also helps the women lacking family planning opportunities, the coming generations, and protects the climate.

The BOCS Foundation (after the London-based organization of David Attenbourugh) has created the QFPC™ carbon credit, which is based on the efficient emission reduction effect of family planning opportunities, which greatly empowers women. Carbon footprint (CO₂ footprint) in the case of persons means the amount of greenhouse gases (GHG) emitted as a result of their everyday lives.

The size of carbon footprint is determined on an annual basis. The global average carbon footprint is 5 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent per capita (rounded). Why is it the most effective?
